Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Technical Content Writer with expertise in creating engaging, insightful, and well-structured content around enterprise technologies, particularly SAP solutions and Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate should be able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences, including business stakeholders, technical professionals, and end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, draft, and publish blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and technical articles on SAP modules, implementations, and emerging AI trends.
- Write content for product documentation, solution briefs, FAQs, and knowledge base guides.
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and marketing teams to produce accurate technical content.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms (web, social, product resources).
- Translate technical jargon into accessible content that supports thought leadership and customer education.
- Stay updated with industry developments in SAP, enterprise technology, and AI adoption.
- Optimize content for SEO best practices without losing technical accuracy.
Required Skills:
- 1–4 years of experience as a technical writer, content writer, or similar role.
- Strong command over English with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical topics for varied audience levels.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Google Docs, and content management systems.
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with SAP ecosystem (ERP, S/4HANA, modules) and AI technologies.
- Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience in writing SaaS or enterprise technology content.
- Knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Yoast, etc.).
- Exposure to graphics tools (Canva, Figma, etc.) for content visualization.
