Job Title: ServiceNow Architect (GRC, ITSM, HRSD)

Job Overview :
Lead architecture, design, and governance across ServiceNow IRM/GRC, ITSM, and HRSD. Define platform standards, own technical roadmap, and ensure best practices for multi-module implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end architecture across IRM/GRC, ITSM, HRSD; define data models, ACL/security, integration patterns, performance baselines
- Lead solution design workshops; publish Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
- Establish platform guardrails: code quality, naming standards, update-set strategy, DevSecOps, test automation
- Guide implementations: IRM policy & compliance, risk registers, issue management; ITSM (Incident/Problem/Change/CMDB); HRSD (HR Case, Lifecycle Events)
- Oversee integration strategy (IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, MID Server, SSO/SAML/OAuth)
- Drive Performance & Health: indexing, query optimization, async patterns, CI/CD pipeline, ATF coverage
- Mentor Tech Leads/Developers; perform design/code reviews
- Align solutions with ServiceNow architecture governance
Must-Have Qualifications
- 9–14 years overall; 4+ years architecting ServiceNow at scale
- Deep expertise in IRM/GRC, ITSM, HRSD data structures and extensibility
- Strong in CMDB/CSDM, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, ACLs, Glide scripting, ATF
- Hands-on with UI Builder, App Engine Studio, Now Experience workspaces
- Experience with multi-instance strategies, upgrades, and platform stability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Now Assist (GenAI), Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence
- Background in regulated environments (SOX, GDPR) and GRC control frameworks
- Agile/SAFe delivery experience
Certifications (Mandatory)
- Mandatory: CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- Mandatory: CIS – at least two (CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, CIS-Risk & Compliance)
- Preferred: CAD, CSDM Fundamentals
