Senior Manager – Sales
Years of Experience: 8-12 years
Location: Pune/Mumbai/Bengaluru/Delhi NCR
Job Responsibilities:
- Experience in selling Technology solutions, Professional Services and Licenses in India. The individual should be able to work in team/mentor a team
- BMC, ServiceNow, SAP Sales experience will be an advantage
- Sales and solution-oriented mindset. Must have had P&L ownership and individual targets
- Must have proactive approach and should be able to work independently and deliver results
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English), presentable. Good knowledge of MS office, other necessary IT tools. Right attitude towards work. Should understand new/emerging technologies
- Ability to build network and leverage contacts to acquire new logos and penetrate new markets
- Revenue generation through New Account Development, cross-selling, up-selling
Other Essential Pre-requisites:
- Make presentations, respond to RFI / RFP / RFQ suitably in collaboration with practice/delivery teams
- Validate proposals and solutions deliverables with due diligence
- Manage strategic accounts and strengthen engagement with existing customers
- Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle (Create, negotiate and close commercial agreements)
- Communicate and engage with client organizations to understand their critical needs and offer best-fit requirement solutions to them
- Must be persuasive, professional, process-oriented and have good negotiation skills. Good grasp of numbers. The ability to write reports and proposals
- Build good relationships and rapport with customers, OEMs, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders (practice, delivery, sales ops etc)
- Drive peak performance and sales success across the organization
- Passion to outperform and hunger for growth
