Job Overview:
The person should be experienced in designing, Implementing, solution various ServiceNow related applications and modules. Must possess technical knowledge and hands on experience on ITSM, CMDB and integration. Good to have HRSD skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain all technical aspects of ServiceNow platform.
- Develop OOTB and custom application on ServiceNow platform with primary focus on ITSM development.
- Convert user stories into technical solutions.
- Possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision.
- Testing of new and existing functionality.
- Documentation of new and existing process.
- Train end users/stakeholders.
Experience and Skills Required
- 3+ years of experience in developing application using ServiceNow platform (Development & administration).
- Must have strong expertise on ITSM and CMDB.
- Experience with Now mobile app.
- Extensive experience creating custom Widget using html, CSS, bootstrap , AngularJS, Server Side scripting, Jelly Script, jQuery.
- Should have experience in integrations including AD, MID Server and third party tools using web services, SOAP, REST, etc.
- Experience of Scoped application and Service Portal.
- Should have good understanding about domain separation.
- Excellent Analytical, Logical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Certifications:
- ITIL certified.
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator).
- ServiceNow CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist).
