The upgrade process upgrades your instance to a new ServiceNow release version. Each six months, ServiceNow releases an upgrade to its instance. Each release includes robust new features, remedies for errors or bugs, and improvements to already effective solutions. You may take advantage of the newest features, get rid of issues, and improve stability and security of the NOW platform by regularly upgrading.
