Technical Lead – ServiceNow

Emergys is looking out for a candidate who must be experienced in designing and implementing various ServiceNow related applications and modules. The candidate must possess technical knowledge and have hands-on experience on ITSM and CMDB. It will be good to have ITAM, ITOM knowledge.

• Will lead a team ServiceNow developers and testers.
• Support and maintain all technical aspects of ServiceNow platform.
• Design and Develop OOTB and custom application on ServiceNow platform with primary focus on ITSM development.
• Owns the requirement gathering sessions collaborating with various stakeholders.

• Convert user stories into technical solutions.
• Possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision.
• Testing of new and existing functionality.
• Documentation of new and existing process.
• Train end users/stakeholders.

• 6+ years of experience in developing applications using ServiceNow platform (Development & Administration).
• Must have led a team in technical capacity.
• Must have strong expertise on ITSM and CMDB.
• Experience with the NOW mobile app.
• Extensive experience creating custom widgets using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, AngularJS, Server-Side scripting, Jelly Script, jQuery.
• Should have experience in integrations including AD, MID Server and third-party tools using web services, SOAP, REST, etc.
• Experience of Scoped Application and Service Portal.
• Should have good understanding about domain separation.
• Excellent analytical, logical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
• Should be a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.

• B.E Computer or IT/ MCS/MCA equivalent.

• ITIL Certification.
• Relevant ServiceNow Certified Implementation specialist.
• Adherence to agile development methods like SCRUM.
