Job Description:

The Emergys team is on the look-out for a ServiceNow solution architect with overall understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and experience of delivering ServiceNow projects for different SNOW modules.

Experience: 7 – 12 years

Location: Balewadi, Pune (MH), India

Work Type: Work from Office

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the overall ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Lead the design of scalable and sustainable solutions, considering performance, security, and integration requirements.
  • Must have delivered a handful of ServiceNow projects for different ServiceNow modules.
  • Experience in providing mentorship, leadership, and project oversight regarding ServiceNow technology workflows.

  • Must have development, configuration, upgrades, and integration experience in building solutions on ServiceNow platform.
  • Work closely with Customers to understand and translate their business and technical requirements, propose solutions to business problems and lead the technical delivery and implementation of the chosen solution.
  • Strong and hands on architect and designing capabilities. Must be able to single-handedly propose, own the architecture and design solution, execute proof of concept independently and execute innovative solution.
  • Provide technical leadership to a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.
  • Oversee the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules.
  • Experience in building integrations utilizing infrastructure platform APIs via SOAP and/or REST APIs.
  • Ensure adherence to coding and configuration standards.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, configuration guides, and best practice documentation.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their ServiceNow skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT teams, business units, and external vendors, to gather requirements and ensure successful platform implementation.
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to streamline processes and data flow.
  • Candidate should have experience in participating in pre-sales activities related to the technology workflows (ITx), including project sizing and scoping.
  • Experience in Implementing various different ServiceNow solutions.
  • Experience with REST, SOAP, and JavaScript.
  • Good exposure to Configuration Management Lifecycle.
  • Should be able to work independently and in agile manner.
  • Nice to have the ServiceNow product management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills – Should be able to drive customer presentations, explain solutions to customer audience, drive workshops with customer in different areas of ServiceNow.

Certifications:

  • CSA & CAD

Nice to Have:

  • CIS – ITSM, SPM, APM, HAM, SAM, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, HRSD or other modules.
