- HRSD modules: Lifecycle Events, Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, etc.
- Configuration: HR templates, record producers, dynamic assignment rules
- Development: JavaScript, UI Policies, Business Rules, Flow Designer, UI Builder
- Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub
- Security: ACLs, domain separation
- Certifications:
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
- Architecture’s Design Skills:
- Solution blueprinting and technical documentation
- Designing scalable, secure, and compliant HRSD architecture
- Performance optimization
Responsibilities of a ServiceNow HRSD Architect:
- Architecture s Solution Design:
- Lead end-to-end HRSD solution design
- Define technical standards and best practices
- Create high-level architecture diagrams
- Facilitating clarification meetings and technical workshops
- Supervising and performing platform configuration and adaptation
- Development s Configuration:
- Build custom workflows, lifecycle events, and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Configure HRSD modules and UI components
- Integration s Performance:
- Integrate with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, etc.)
- Optimize performance and ensure compliance
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 5–10+ years in ServiceNow, with at least 3–5 years focused on HRSD with architecture role experience
- Experience in developing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions
- Experience in customer interaction and stakeholder management
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models
