Senior Engineer (BMC Remedy, ARS, SQL)

• Proven experience as a BMC Remedy ARS Developer, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Proficiency in ARS development, including form and workflow development, field and schema design, and integration.
• Strong understanding of database design, including experience with stored procedures, queries, and triggers.
• Knowledge of BMC Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM) modules is a plus.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for ARS interface customization.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• BMC Remedy ARS certifications are advantageous.
• Hands-on Remedy custom application experience.
• Hands-on knowledge on SQL basic (query, conversion dates, remedy metadata conversions).
• Hands-on knowledge SQL advanced (stored procedure, indexes, triggers).
• Hands-on knowledge SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
