Role & Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Drive new business growth across the US region by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
  • Lead efforts in qualifying and closing new business, including the development and execution of effective sales strategies.
  • Present and demonstrate the company’s products/services to prospective clients, emphasizing value and solution-based benefits.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable contracts and deals.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build, develop, and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Engage with clients at all levels to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, technical, and leadership) to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and business growth.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Create and deliver comprehensive business plans that address customers’ pain points and priorities.
  • Utilize tools such as benchmarking, ROI data, and VE (for SAP) to support customer decision-making.
  • Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline, effectively tracking opportunities and following through.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

  • Work collaboratively across functions to align sales strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Support and participate in company and OEM promotions and events to drive sales.
  • Ensure alignment with internal teams to improve customer experiences and revenue growth.

Performance & Reporting:

  • Achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information.
  • Provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 8 years of experience in software service sales, especially in a solution-based selling environment.
  • Proven success in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.
  • Experience in IT and software service sales within the US market.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Technical Expertise:

  • Experience in selling solutions in one or more of the following areas:
  • SAP, ITSM/BMC/ServiceNow, CRM/Salesforce
  • LCNC/Mendix/OutSystems, Cloud/AWS
  • RPA/UIPath/AA, Testing/Automation
  • Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Generative AI, Large Language Model
  • Knowledge of the software service industry and the ability to translate customer needs into customized solutions.

Sales Skills:

  • Proven ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and handle complex sales processes.
  • Experience negotiating and closing large deals, often in a consultative, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to manage and grow large transactions and sales campaigns.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence clients, both technical and non-technical, at all levels.
