Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Edge / Automation Anywhere
- OCR Implementation
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Develop reusable components and scalable automation frameworks
- Work closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT
- Handle bot deployment, scheduling, and production support
- Ensure adherence to RPA governance, coding standards, and security guidelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production bots
- Prepare technical documentation including solution design documents (SDD), PDD inputs, and operational manuals
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
Required Skills:
- 4–6 years of overall IT experience with minimum 3+ years in RPA development
- Strong hands-on experience in Automation Edge and/or Automation Anywhere (A360 preferred)
- Experience in OCR integration (ABBYY / IQ Bot / Automation Edge OCR)
- Experience in developing unattended bots
- Good understanding of RPA architecture and deployment models
- Knowledge of API integration, Web automation, Excel automation, and database queries (SQL)
- Experience in handling exception management and logging mechanisms
- Familiarity with version control and release management practices
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Good to Have:
- Exposure to AI/ML-based document processing
- Exposure to Python programming
- Knowledge of UiPath, Power Automate or other RPA tools
- Experience working in Banking / Insurance / Financial Services domain
- Certification in Automation Anywhere or Automation Edge
