TrueSight Operations Management:
- Strong experience with Truesight Operations Management version 11 and later
- Experience in Installation, Configuration, Administration and Support of BMC TrueSight Operations Management, BMC Helix Operations Management
- Strong understanding of Event Management concepts.
- Experience in integrations between TrueSight with other 3rd party products for data & events.
- Strong experience with installation configuration and management of Patrol Agent KMs for Linux, AIX, Solaris, Oracle and other components as per requirement
- Hands-on Experience in configuring and designing reports using TSOM Smart Reporting in Truesight OM
- Experience in Configuring events using MRL/BAROC as per requirement
- Experience in Analyzing environment and event data to fine tune and reduce event counts
- Ability to generate performance and capacity reports and provide solution
- Good overall knowledge of Datacenter IT Infrastructure Architecture and Components
- Experience working in client facing Implementation and Support assignments
- Work closely with application teams to provide solutions across various requirements & problems.
- Readiness to work in Shifts, if required.
