1. ServiceNow via ODBC connection
   The CData ODBC drivers for ServiceNow enables you to integrate ServiceNow data also enable you to access live ServiceNow data in Tableau.
2. ServiceNow ITSM Connector
   Start Tableau and under Connect, select ServiceNow ITSM.
   Then do the following:
   • Specify Login credentials of your ServiceNow instance, user-name and password for a local ServiceNow account.
   • Sign In and apply filter type to filter relative Date range or fixed date range, and then specify the range and connect to the instance.
